Founder/Director
Bilge Çoban is a seasoned expert with rich international experience in sustainable development, employment, and job creation initiatives at the forefront of pioneering projects. With over 20 years of active involvement as a Livelihoods Specialist, Çoban has worked with prestigious organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Save the Children International. Specialising in strategy development in areas such as creating new business opportunities for communities affected by crises and disasters, increasing employment, microfinance, local economic recovery, entrepreneurship, and cooperative development. Çoban has international expertise in export consultancy, finding and managing funds and grants, project design and management, designing and managing vocational and technical training programs to increase employment, civil engagement, and social risk management. Specialising in strategic planning and management, market analysis, and labour market assessments, Çoban has international work experience in countries such as Turkey, India, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. With two master's degrees, Çoban has received education in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in Turkey and Sustainable Development in Brazil. Currently residing in London, Çoban continues his career as the Director of Coopery Consultancy.

Şermin Yıldız Çınar is a professional with rich working experience in important institutions such as British Embassy School, the Embassy of Sri Lanka, and the United Nations. She has extensive expertise in preparing diplomatic reports, in-depth analysis of current events, and effective management of financial/administrative affairs. She specializes particularly in budgeting, management, creating financial reports, and coordinating procurement activities in financial areas. Her profound knowledge and experience in these areas contribute significantly to strengthening and effectively managing the financial health of institutions. Residing in Ankara, Şermin Yıldız Çınar successfully manages Finance and Reporting processes at Coopery Consultancy. Development Economist
Cheng Li, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Orient Institute (IO), of the Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), University of Lisbon (ULisboa). He earned his PhD in Development Economics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), where he also conducted research and taught at the Centre for Trade Union Studies and Labour Economics (CESIT) at the Institute of Economics. As well, he has served as a research fellow at the International Center for Development and Decent Work (ICDD) at the University of Kassel and the UNI Global Union Asia and Pacific office. In addition, he has also engaged as the course development coordinator and tutor in the Global Labour University Online Academy. Cheng’s research interests are focused on Development Economics, Sociology of Labour, Industrial Relations, Social Policy, and China.
Digital Marketing Expert
Nabi Caner Aybaş graduated with dual degrees in Business Administration from Empire State University and Anadolu University. He began his career as an independent auditor at PwC. After serving as the Digital Sales Director at Saran Holding and the Digital Marketing Director at Zaxe 3D Printing Technologies, he completed his master’s degree in International Management at IU Berlin. During his master's studies, he worked as a Marketing Strategist at Siemens Energy’s Berlin office. Currently, Nabi Caner reaches a wide audience with his new media initiative Marjinal Fayda, developing creative solutions and increasing engagement for brands such as Paribu through collaborations and partnerships. He is also among the entrepreneurs of Stable AI, a project focused on AI-based image and video development. Nabi Caner, within Coopery Consultancy, supports companies venturing into foreign trade by optimising their digital marketing strategies with the most pioneering methods of the era.

Steven Toff completed his Master's degree at the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and holds advanced degrees in Economics and Law. Specializing in employment law, Global Governance, and Supply Chains, Steven also has extensive experience in areas such as human rights, labor law, and organizational strategies. Continuing his career as a lawyer, organizer, educator, and researcher, Steven has lived and worked in countries such as the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, and the Netherlands. He has worked at important institutions such as the European Organization Center and has also provided training and seminars in his areas of expertise at various universities and educational institutions.

Purity Maanya Njagala holds a master's degree in Economic Development and a bachelor's degree in Law. Her areas of expertise include sustainable development, supply chains, economic growth strategies, strategic planning, risk management, and labor law. With both an economist and a lawyer identity, she has worked on various projects, gaining experience by bridging different disciplines. She has also provided strategic consulting services in sustainable development and supply chains, evaluating the social and economic impacts of the business world and conducting research in this field.
Gender and Development Specialist
Silvia Mwansa MV is a development and gender specialist with over a decade of experience in socio-economic issues. Having completed her undergraduate studies in Development Studies and Public Administration, and her master's degree in Sociology, Silvia has worked with leading organizations such as IOM, UNICEF, UNFPA, ILO, and CARE International. Her areas of expertise include providing strategic technical support to governments and partners in implementing social protection policies, developing monitoring frameworks, communication and advocacy strategies, financial management, and reporting. Additionally, she is an expert in qualitative data collection related to children and women and establishing foundations for outcome-based decision-making.

Drissa Tangara operates as a doctoral researcher at the Johannesburg University Faculty of Education in South Africa.With a financial background, Tangara specializes in occupational safety and social protection, accumulating over a decade of experience in various fields such as security and development, crisis education, and humanitarian activities for displaced persons. Collaborating with international organizations such as Oxfam, BMZ, SIPRI, and Education International, Tangara has participated in research projects and contributed to studies.
