Bilge Çoban is a seasoned expert with rich international experience in sustainable development, employment, and job creation initiatives at the forefront of pioneering projects. With over 20 years of active involvement as a Livelihoods Specialist, Çoban has worked with prestigious organizations such as the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Save the Children International. Specialising in strategy development in areas such as creating new business opportunities for communities affected by crises and disasters, increasing employment, microfinance, local economic recovery, entrepreneurship, and cooperative development. Çoban has international expertise in export consultancy, finding and managing funds and grants, project design and management, designing and managing vocational and technical training programs to increase employment, civil engagement, and social risk management. Specialising in strategic planning and management, market analysis, and labour market assessments, Çoban has international work experience in countries such as Turkey, India, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. With two master's degrees, Çoban has received education in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in Turkey and Sustainable Development in Brazil. Currently residing in London, Çoban continues his career as the Director of Coopery Consultancy.

Cheng Li, is a postdoctoral researcher at the Orient Institute (IO), of the Institute of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), University of Lisbon (ULisboa). He earned his PhD in Development Economics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), where he also conducted research and taught at the Centre for Trade Union Studies and Labour Economics (CESIT) at the Institute of Economics. As well, he has served as a research fellow at the International Center for Development and Decent Work (ICDD) at the University of Kassel and the UNI Global Union Asia and Pacific office. In addition, he has also engaged as the course development coordinator and tutor in the Global Labour University Online Academy. Cheng’s research interests are focused on Development Economics, Sociology of Labour, Industrial Relations, Social Policy, and China.

After serving as the Digital Sales Director at Saran Holding and the Digital Marketing Director at Zaxe 3D Printing Technologies, he completed his master’s degree in International Management at IU Berlin. During his master's studies, he worked as a Marketing Strategist at Siemens Energy’s Berlin office. Currently, Nabi Caner reaches a wide audience with his new media initiative Marjinal Fayda, developing creative solutions and increasing engagement for brands such as Paribu through collaborations and partnerships. He is also among the entrepreneurs of Stable AI, a project focused on AI-based image and video development. Nabi Caner, within Coopery Consultancy, supports companies venturing into foreign trade by optimising their digital marketing strategies with the most pioneering methods of the era.

He has worked at important institutions such as the European Organization Center and has also provided training and seminars in his areas of expertise at various universities and educational institutions.
